I went to the Second Friday event in Mesa again in October.
I didn't do as good as I did in September, but I still had a good time.
I don't know what happened, but we forgot an important box - the box with all my masks! Maybe that's why I didn't do so good. No matter, it's still a good time. Bernie and Hunter came out with me, so it was like old times at the swap meet. Only it was at night. And it was festive. And I didn't have to get up at 6am. Okay, it was better than the swap meet days! ;)
I made some new items. I've reaped the season's bonsai trees, but still have a lot to gather. I've created some new polymer clay items. I was telling Bernie about how we need to have some unpotted items - bonsai in plastic containers and pots without trees. She was insisting that I need to pot up as much as possible and to quit being lazy. I did sell a nice octopus pot. Now she's telling me not to pot everything up, to bring some unpotted items - which is what I was saying in the first place! Same thing with my vinyl clay items. She thought it was taking away from my pottery, but now she sees how it adds more people and she wants me to make more polymer clay items!
I forgot what I was trying to get at, what my point was. Whatever.
