Dragon pottery

I went to drop off a few more pots at Desert Dragon. Mishy had a full house; she had her Saturday morning raku firings, and quite a number of people in the studio. I had about 7 pieces that needed glaze firing, and quite a few bisque firings (not sure how many, but there was a lot).
I was poking around the studio and found an old dragon piece from a stearing wheel cover. Mishy let me borrow it. I made a bunch of dragon pots, saucers, rollers... you get the idea. I was inspired by the dragon. Ended up making 13 different pieces. I'm now waiting for them to dry. I'll probably bisque fire them next week sometime.
The pomegranates continue to grow. Heck, everything is growing pretty quick, now that summer is full on here! It is HOT, and I have a hard time standing out there for any length of time, but the plants love it!
We went to go see Wall-E. The kids weren't too thrilled about it. I loved it! I ate too much popcorn and now I'm sleepy.
