Wow, what a Saturday! We had a raku marathon going on. I arrived in the studio extra early to get my things in the kiln, but there was just a HUGE amount of stuff being raku'd. I didn't get out of the studio until about 4pm. Made for a long HOT day, especially being so close to the kiln all day. In the end I was tired, dehydrated and hungry, but it was VERY worth it!
Sunday, I tried to take some pictures to add to my etsy shop, but I couldn't spend more than 15 minutes outside. I think I was still too dehydrated from the day prior, but I did manage to shoot a few.
I did some raku goldfish and a bunch of pendants. Some of the pendants had to wait until next weekend's raku, but I don't mind. Just means I'll be doing more raku this weekend!
